苗木通平台（下称"苗木通"或"我们"，指安徽苗木通有限公司及其关联公司，关联公司中包含但不仅限于安徽苗木通有限公司）非常重视用户的隐私和个人信息保护。您在使用我们的产品与/或服务时，我们可能会收集和使用您的相关信息。我们希望通过《隐私政策》（下称"本政策"）向您说明我们在您使用我们的产品与/或服务时如何收集、使用、保存、共享和转让这些信息，以及我们为您提供的访问、更新、删除和保护这些信息的方式。
在使用苗木通各项产品或服务前，请您务必仔细阅读并透彻理解本政策，在确认充分理解并同意后使用相关产品或服务。一旦您开始使用苗木通各项产品或服务，即表示您已充分理解并同意本政策。如对本政策内容有任何疑问、意见或建议，您可通过苗木通官方客服400-822-0500与我们联系。苗木通为全国（合肥）苗木花卉交易信息中心官方合作平台。

若没有父母或监护人的同意，未成年人不得创建自己的用户账号。如您为未成年人的，建议您请您的父母或监护人仔细阅读本政策内容，并在征得您的父母或监护人同意的前提下使用我们的服务或向我们提供信息。
对于经父母或监护人同意使用我们的产品或服务而收集未成年人个人信息的情况，我们只会在法律法规允许、父母或监护人明确同意或者保护未成年人所必要的情况下使用、共享、转让或披露此信息。
我们会出于以下目的，收集和使用您的个人信息：
当您打算使用苗木通平台时，您需要注册一个账户成为苗木通用户。当您注册成为苗木通用户或使用苗木通服务时，您需要至少向我们提供您本人的手机号码、联系人姓名，我们将通过发送短信验证码的方式来验证您的身份是否有效。在您注销账号时，我们将停止使用并删除上述信息或对您的个人信息进行匿名化处理，法律法规另有规定的除外。
如果您提供以下额外资料补全账户信息，将有助于我们给您提供更个性化的产品或服务，便于我们提高您的平台访问效率，为您提供良好的客户服务和技术支持，对您进行跟踪回访：您的真实姓名、地址、身份信息、电话号码、银行卡信息、主营产品等。我们通过上述信息来获得注册用户的统计资料。我们将会用这些统计数据来给我们的用户分类，例如身份类型、从事行业等等，以便有针对性地向我们的用户提供新的服务和机会。如果您不提供这些信息，将会影响到您使用个性化的产品或服务，但不会影响使用苗木通平台的基本浏览、搜索功能。
您有义务保管好自己的账户信息，如果您泄露了账户信息，您可能丢失了您的个人识别信息，并且可能出现对您不利的后果。因此，无论任何原因危及您的账户安全，您应该立即通过苗木通客服与我们取得联系。
我们跟踪IP地址是出于身份和交易真实性的识别、安全考虑和其他符合国家规定的要求。我们会跟踪全天的页面访问数据。全天页面访问数据被用来反映平台的流量，以使我们可以为未来的发展制定计划。因您交易行为而产生的其它数据，我们将会用这些统计数据来更有针对性地提供更好更多的服务和机会。
为改善我们的产品或服务、向您提供个性化的信息搜索及交易服务，我们会根据您的浏览及搜索记录、设备信息、位置信息、订单信息，提取您的浏览、搜索偏好、行为习惯、位置信息等特征，基于特征标签进行间接人群画像并展示、推送信息。您可在我的-设置中进行个性化推荐的开启/关闭。
1、您向我们提供的信息
为便于向您提供我们的产品或服务，我们会记录您提供的信息，例如您提供的联系人姓名、联系电话等。
我们的一些产品或服务需要付费才能使用，当您需要使用这些付费产品或服务时，您需要提供您的支付账户信息，以便我们了解您的支付状态。
2、我们在您使用服务过程中收集的信息
为向您提供更契合您需求的页面展示和搜索结果、了解产品适配性、识别账号异常状态，我们会收集关于您使用的服务以及使用方式的信息并将这些信息进行关联，这些信息包括：
设备信息：手机品牌、设备型号、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识符（OAID、VAID、AAID、IDFA等）、设备所在位置相关信息（例如IP地址、GPS位置以及能够提供相关信息的Wi-Fi接入点、蓝牙和基站等传感器信息）。
日志信息：当您使用我们的网站或客户端提供的产品或服务时，我们会自动收集您对我们服务的详细使用情况，作为有关网络日志保存。例如您的搜索查询内容、IP地址、浏览器的类型、电信运营商、使用的语言、访问日期和时间及您访问的网页记录等。
请注意，单独的设备信息、日志信息等是无法识别特定自然人身份的信息。如果我们将这类非个人信息与其他信息结合用于识别特定自然人身份，或者将其与个人信息结合使用，则在结合使用期间，这类非个人信息将被视为个人信息。
为了预防恶意程序、提升运营质量及效率、保障账号安全，我们会收集安装的应用信息或正在运行的进程信息、应用程序的总体运行、使用情况与频率、应用崩溃情况、总体安装使用情况、性能数据、应用来源。
为展示您账户的订单信息，我们会收集您在使用我们服务过程中产生的订单信息用于向您展示及便于您对订单进行管理。
为了方便您通过我们的产品和买家或卖家联系，当您点击打电话时我们需要申请拨打电话权限。
当您与我们联系时，我们可能会保存您的通信/通话记录和内容或您留下的联系方式等信息，以便与您联系或帮助您解决问题，或记录相关问题的处理方案及结果。
3、第三方账户信息
当您通过第三方账户授权登录或使用我们的服务时，您同意我们从第三方获取您授权共享的账户信息（头像、昵称），并在您同意本政策后将您的第三方账户与您的苗木通账户绑定，使您可以通过第三方账户直接登录并使用我们的产品与/或服务。我们将依据您与第三方的约定、对个人信息来源的合法性进行确认后，在符合相关法律和法规规定的前提下，使用您的这些个人信息。
您理解并同意，我们可能需要您在您的设备中开启您的地理位置（位置信息）、摄像头（相机）、相册（图片库）、麦克风（语音）权限、通讯录权限，以实现这些权限所涉及信息的收集和使用。您可以在您的设备中逐项查看上述权限的状态，并可自行决定这些权限的开启或关闭（如适用）。当您开启任意权限即代表您授权我们收集和使用该项信息来实现对应目标。您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权，我们将不再收集和使用该项个人信息，也无法为您实现该项授权所对应目标。但是，您关闭权限的决定不会影响此前基于您的授权所进行的信息的收集、处理与使用。权限清单，详见"（五）我们获取的设备权限及权限应用目的"以及附件二
苗木通APP为向您提供更加优质、满意、个性化的服务，以及提供更契合您需求的页面展示和搜索结果、了解产品适配性、识别账号异常状态，努力提升您的用户体验，我们会附加收集和使用您的信息，和收集关于您使用的服务以及使用方式的信息并将这些信息进行关联，具体的应用权限说明如下：
1、基于设备信息（包括地理位置信息）的服务：为了方便您快速找到供应，我们可能会收集您的设备名称、设备信息、MAC地址、硬件型号、操作系统、应用信息、语言设置、分辨率、唯一设备标识码（如Android Id、 AAID/IMEI/MEID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID/SIM卡SIM信息）、运营商网络类型、WIFI信息、位置信息，为您提供更契合您需求的页面展示、产品、服务，比如向您推荐附近的供应/供应商；
2、基于相机/摄像头的服务：您可在开启相机/摄像头权限后使用该功能用于发布在线供应图片/视频、发布社区视频/动态、更换头像；
3、基于相册（图片库/视频库）的图片/视频访问及上传的服务：您可在开启相册权限后使用该功能用于发布在线供应图片/视频、发布社区视频/动态、更换头像；
4、基于通讯录信息的附加服务：我们将在您开启通讯录权限后收集您的通讯录信息，使您在购物时可以更便利地取用您通讯录内在的联系人信息，比如您新增联系人、通过打电话获得通话服务；
5、基于存储权限的附加服务：为了保障苗木通客户端的正常运行，了解产品适配性、保障本产品服务的网络及运营安全，我们将向您申请获取存储权限。在您开启可读取/写入您设备存储、手机外部存储卡的权限后，您允许我们访问您的手机的存储空间（SD卡/手机外部存储卡），我们将向您设备存储空间内读取或向其中写入图片、文件、崩溃日志信息等必要信息，提供信息发布、在本地记录崩溃日志信息等功能；
6、基于麦克风的语音技术相关附加服务：您可在开启麦克风权限后使用麦克风实现聊生意在线发语音聊天功能。请您知晓，如您已同意开启麦克风权限，我们也会在您录制视频时通过麦克风获取语音信息；
7、基于电话状态的附加服务：我们读取您的电话状态是为了保障您的账户与使用安全，向您展示您可能感兴趣的信息，当您开启此权限后我们会读取您的设备识别码或者广告标识符。
8、设备信息（IMSI、硬件序列号、MAC地址、OAID 及其他设备识别信息）:设备识别码将被用于生成唯一的推送目标ID，即CID。设备平台、设备厂商、设备品牌等设备相关信息有助于我们帮助开发者给您提供更好的推送服务和体验。
9、获取已安装的应用（设备安装应用列表）：我们采用合并链路技术进行技术推送，当一个设备有多个APP的推送链路同时活跃时，我们会随机合并成一条链路，以达到为您省电省流量的目的，因此需获得应用列表信息；同时我们提供智能推送功能，通过该信息推荐更符合您需要的推送内容，减少无用推送信息对您的打扰。基于应用列表的相似度算法检测，可以有效提高我们服务的安全性，保护您、其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害，更好的预防钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络侵入等安全风险。
10、基于自启动/关联启动的服务：基于正当、合法、必要的原则，您允许我们在系统设置的基础上，通过自启动/关联启动的方式保证推送、一键唤醒、链接唤起应用、重新唤起应用，以达到快速打开应用的目的。您可以在苗木通APP的系统设置-消息通知设置-开启自启动管理/开启白名单中，查看如何关闭自启动。
11、剪切板权限：您在使用过程中可能需要对文字进行复制并粘贴时（如：短信验证码、手机号等），我们可能会申请调用剪切板复制/粘贴功能并收集您的设备剪切板中的文字信息。剪切板的信息仅会在您的设备上进行处理，我们不会存储您的剪切板信息用于其他途径。
请注意，为确保用户身份真实性、向您提供更好的安全保障，您可以向我们提供身份证、面部特征等信息完成实名认证。如您拒绝提供上述信息，可能无法使用账户管理、开店、发布供应、报价、线上交易等服务，但不会影响您使用浏览、搜索等服务。
为提高您使用我们及我们关联公司、合作伙伴提供服务的安全性，保护您或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害，更好地预防钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络侵入等安全风险，更准确地识别违反法律法规或苗木通平台相关协议规则的情况，我们可能使用或整合您的身份认证信息、交易信息、设备信息、有关网络日志以及我们关联公司、合作伙伴取得您授权或依据法律共享的信息，来综合判断您账号及交易风险、进行身份验证、检测及防范安全事件，并依法采取必要的记录、审计、分析、处置措施。
您同意我们使用收集的信息以提供并改进我们及苗木通关联方、合作方的作品、服务，并进行必要的业务运营，如运营产品或提供服务，评估、维护和改进产品和服务性能，开发新的产品和服务，提供客户支持等。
为改进我们及我们的关联方、合作方的产品和服务，我们可能会对您的产品、服务使用情况进行统计和分析。
同时，我们会将收集到的信息（不含您的任何身份识别信息）用于大数据分析，我们可能会对外展示或与我们的合作伙伴分享经分析加工后不含身份识别信息的大数据分析信息及结果。
我们将信息用于本政策未载明的其他用途，或者将基于特定目的收集而来的信息用于其他目的时，会事先征求您的同意。
根据相关法律法规规定，以下情形中收集您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意：
1、与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
2、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
3、与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的；
4、出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的；
5、所收集的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的；
6、从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；
7、根据您的要求签订合同所必需的；
8、用于维护所提供的产品或服务的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障；
9、为合法的新闻报道所必需的；
10、学术研究机构基于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要，且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时，对结果中所包含的个人信息进行去标识化处理的；
11、法律法规规定的其他情形。
为确保网站正常高效运转、为您获得更轻松的访问体验、向您推荐您可能感兴趣的内容，我们会在您的计算机或移动设备上存储相关信息：这些信息可能是Cookies、Flash Cookies，或您的浏览器或关联应用程序提供的其他本地存储（统称"Cookies"）。请您理解，我们的某些服务只能通过使用Cookies才可得到实现。如果您的浏览器或浏览器附加服务允许，您可以修改对Cookies的接受程度或者拒绝我们的Cookies，但拒绝我们的Cookies在某些情况下可能会影响您安全访问网站和使用我们提供的服务。
1、为了确保您能在苗木通的全部客户端正常使用平台账号、浏览信息、完成交易并使用售后服务，我们将会在客户端共享您的账户信息、您在各客户端的操作记录及各客户端收集的您的信息。
2、我们不会与苗木通以外的公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息，但以下情况除外：
（1）事先获得您的同意或授权；
（2）只有共享您的信息，才能实现我们的产品或服务的核心功能或提供您需要的服务；
（3）应您需求，为您处理您与他人的纠纷或争议；
（4）根据适用的法律法规、法律程序的要求、强制性的行政或司法要求所必需的情况下进行提供；
（5）在法律法规允许的范围内，为维护苗木通、苗木通的关联方或合作伙伴、您或其他苗木通用户或社会公众利益、财产或安全免遭损害而有必要提供；
（6）符合与您签署的相关协议（包括在线签署的电子协议以及相应的平台规则）或其他的法律文件约定所提供；
（7）基于学术研究而使用；
（8）基于符合法律法规的社会公共利益而使用。
3、我们可能会将您的个人信息与我们的关联方共享。但我们只会共享必要的个人信息，且受本隐私政策中所声明目的的约束。我们的关联方如要改变个人信息的处理目的，将再次征求您的授权同意。
4、您充分理解并同意，我们可能会向合作伙伴或其他第三方共享您的信息，包括但不限于订单信息、账户信息、设备信息以及位置信息等等，以保障为您提供的服务顺利完成。但我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息，并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息。我们将与合作伙伴等第三方约定严格的数据保护措施，令其按照本政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。我们的合作伙伴包括我们业务的供应商、服务提供商和其他合作伙伴，这些支持包括提供技术基础设施服务、分析我们服务的使用方式、衡量广告和服务的有效性、提供客户服务、支付便利或进行学术研究和调查等。
5、对我们与之共享个人信息的合作伙伴，我们会与其签署严格的数据保护协定，要求他们按照我们的说明、本隐私政策以及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。
6、为了遵守法律、执行或适用我们的使用条件和其他协议，或者为了保护苗木通、您或其他苗木通用户的权利及其财产或安全，比如为防止欺诈等违法活动和减少信用风险，而与其他公司和组织交换信息。不过，这并不包括违反本隐私政策中所作的承诺而为获利目的出售、出租、共享或以其它方式披露的个人信息。
我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织或个人，但以下情况除外：
1、事先获得您的同意或授权；
2、符合与您签署的相关协议、平台规则或其他的法律文件约定所提供；
3、根据适用的法律法规的要求、行政或司法机关要求所必需的情况进行提供；
4、在发生企业的合并、收购、资产转让或其他类似情形时，如涉及到个人信息转让，我们会要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受本隐私条款的约束，否则我们将要求该公司、组织和个人重新向您征求授权同意。
1、获得您的同意或基于您的主动选择，我们可能会公开披露您的个人信息；
2、如果我们确定您出现违反法律法规或严重违反苗木通平台相关协议规则的情况，或为保护苗木通及其关联公司用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害，我们可能依据法律法规或苗木通平台相关协议规则征得您同意的情况下披露关于您的个人信息，包括相关违规行为以及苗木通平台已对您采取的措施。
以下情形中，共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息无需事先征得您的授权同意：
1、与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
2、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
3、与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的；
4、出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；
5、您自行向社会公众公开的个人信息；
6、从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道。
根据法律规定，共享、转让经去标识化处理的个人信息，且确保数据接收方无法复原并重新识别个人信息主体的，不属于个人信息的对外共享、转让及公开披露行为，对此类数据的保存及处理将无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。
为了适配在不同手机设备上使用苗木通App以及第三方平台服务，实现您的手机设备身份认证、手机设备安全、接收信息推送、登录第三方平台账号、通过第三方平台分享信息以及支付安全，"苗木通"移动应用接入了第三方SDK。上述第三方SDK提供方包括手机设备厂商、社交平台、通讯运营商和第三方支付机构。部分第三方SDK可能会调用您的设备权限、获取您的设备信息、网络信息、读/写手机存储空间或SD卡中的数据，以便您在不同的手机设备或第三方平台上正常使用相应功能。不同的第三方SDK所调用的设备权限类型以及所获得的信息可能不同，包括收集您的位置信息、读/写您的外部存储卡/SD卡数据、读取您的手机状态和身份、查看WLAN连接、检索正在运行的应用/蓝牙。关于第三方SDK具体调用的设备权限类型，以及如何收集、使用您的个人信息，建议您参考第三方SDK的相关服务协议及隐私政策。如果您希望进一步了解我们所接入的第三方SDK情况，请您阅读本协议附件《第三方SDK情况说明》。
1、用户信息的查询、更正与补充。
（1）除法律、法规另有规定外，您可以通过以下方式自行访问您的个人信息：
账户信息——您可以登录帐号并通过"编辑我的苗店"编辑您在苗木通留存的个人信息；
搜索信息——您可以登录账号并通过首页搜索框访问您的搜索历史记录。
订单信息：您可以登录账号并通过"我的订单"查阅或清除您的订单记录、交易记录等。
（2）如果您无法通过上述路径访问或修改其他个人信息，您可以通过苗木通客服与我们联系。我们会及时响应、处理。
2、用户信息的删除。
您可以登录帐号，在平台页面中可以直接清除或删除的信息，包括订单信息、浏览信息、收货地址信息。在以下情形中，您可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求：
（1）如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规；
（2）如果我们收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的明确同意；
（3）如果我们处理个人信息的行为严重违反了与您的约定；
（4）如果您不再使用我们的产品或服务，或您主动注销了账号；
（5）如果我们永久不再为您提供产品或服务。
若我们决定响应您的删除请求，我们还将同时尽可能通知从我们处获得您的个人信息的主体，要求其及时删除，除非法律法规另有规定，或这些主体获得您的独立授权。
当您从我们的服务中删除信息后，我们可能不会立即从备份系统中删除相应的信息，但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。
3、撤回同意
您可以通过提交撤销之前出于特定目的授予我们的同意，包括收集、使用和/或披露我们掌握或控制的您的个人信息。您可以通过拨打4008220500客户联系热线联系我们进行相关操作。我们将会在您做出请求后的合理时间内处理您的请求，并且会根据您的请求，此后不再收集、使用和/或披露您的个人信息。取决于您撤销同意的范围，可能导致您不能继续享受苗木通的产品或服务。但撤回同意或授权的决定，不会影响我们之前基于您的同意而开展的个人信息处理活动的有效性。
您撤回隐私政策授权后，我们将不再处理您的个人信息。同时，我们将删除您的全部个人信息，除非您重新注册苗木通账号，否则将无法继续使用苗木通提供的产品功能，请您谨慎操作。
4、账户注销。
您可以在苗木通"更多设置->通用设置->注销账号"中申请账号注销。请您注意，当您成功申请注销账户后，我们将在您提出申请的15个工作日内完成对您的账户注销审核，审核通过后，我们将对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。除法律法规另有规定外，您注销账户后，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，并依据您的要求，删除您的个人信息。一旦注销，该账户不得再次使用。
我们所收集的用户信息和资料将保存在苗木通或其关联公司的服务器上。
为给您提供更好的服务以及随着苗木通业务的发展，本隐私政策也会随之更新。但未经您明确同意，我们不会限制您依据本隐私政策所应享有的权利。对于重大变更，我们还会提供更为显著的通知（我们会通过包括但不限于短信、站内信或在浏览页面做特别提示等方式，说明隐私政策的具体变更内容）。
苗木通平台含有到其他平台的链接。苗木通平台对其他站的隐私保护措施不负任何责任。我们可能在任何需要的时候增加商业伙伴或共用品牌的平台。
苗木通平台有相应的安全措施来确保我们掌握的信息不丢失，不被滥用和变造。这些安全措施包括向其他服务器备份数据和对用户密码加密。尽管我们有这些安全措施，但请注意在互联网上不存在"完善的安全措施"。
您提供发布的供应或采购的物品信息或报价将被显示在公共区域，对任何用户来说是公开的。请注意所有在这些场所公开的信息会成为公共信息，请您在决定公布您的个人信息前仔细考虑。
随着苗木通平台服务范围的扩大，我们会随时更新我们的隐私政策，您同意受任何该等修订的约束。我们欢迎您随时回来查看本政策。
为了适配在不同手机设备上使用苗木通App以及第三方平台服务，实现您的手机设备身份认证、手机设备安全、接收信息推送、登录第三方平台账号、通过第三方平台分享信息以及支付安全，"苗木通"APP接入了第三方SDK。
上述第三方SDK提供方包括手机设备厂商、社交平台、通讯运营商和第三方支付机构。部分第三方SDK可能会调用您的设备权限、获取您的相关信息，以便您在不同的手机设备或第三方平台上正常使用相应功能。不同的第三方SDK所调用的设备权限类型以及所获得的信息可能不同，可能包括获取您的位置信息、读/写您的外部存储卡/SD卡数据、获取SIM卡信息、读取您的手机状态和身份、查看WLAN连接、检索正在运行的应用/蓝牙。
此外，出于使推送及收发消息等服务的正常运行的目的，部分SDK还将使APP关联启动或自启动以保证推送服务的正常运行。您可以在苗木通APP的系统设置-消息通知设置-开启自启动管理/开启白名单中，查看如何关闭自启动。
我们将这些具有个人信息收集功能的第三方SDK的名称、所属机构、用途、收集的个人信息类型、官网链接列明如下。我们会对合作方获取个人信息的 SDK 进行严格的安全监测，以保护您的信息安全。
苗木通APP为你提供了更好的更全面的服务，在使用过程中会使用如下权限，具体的应用权限说明如下：

Miaomutong Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Miaomutong" or "we ", referring to Anhui Miaomutong Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies, which include but are not limited to Hunan Miaomutong Information Technology Co., LTD.) attaches great importance to the privacy and personal information protection for customers. When you utilize our products services, your relevant information will be collected and utilized.
